When it comes to travelling, comfort reigns supreme. And, while you can never go wrong with a pair of leggings or sweatpants, you may occasionally want to opt for something just a bit higher profile—especially if you’re planning to hit the ground running after your flight, road trip, or train ride. A draw to these joggers is Lululemon’s brand’s signature TravelWoven fabric, which is both wrinkle-resistant and fast-drying. Great if you spill your beverage or food on them. The relaxed silhouette is another highlight, as is the drawstring waist, which offers a secure yet comfortable fit. Plus, the stretchy, breathable fabric is more comfortable than a thick pair of jeans or slacks. At 5’3”, I love the cropped length. I don’t need to take to the tailor for the right length.
Not only do these pants come in two neutral hues–black and navy– and pink but they also have pockets. They have more than enough room to store all of your travel essentials, including AirPods, cell phone, keys, wallet, and a spare face mask or two. And, since the pants are so versatile, it’s easy to dress them up or down. You can wear with casual tees and tanks, cashmere sweaters, and hoodies. The pants also pair perfectly with sporty sneakers, stylish sandals, and casual slip-ons.
It’s also worth noting that the pants are machine washable, which makes them incredibly easy to care for. After many washings, they’ve yet to stretch out, pill, or lose their shape—in part because I usually hang-dry them.
